Access Ramps
A Wide ramp should be used at those places where the number of users is more. Like as in travel terminals, public halls, etc. While using the longer ones, separate signed up and down steamed can be arranged and provided for, with a minimum clear width that should be ideally 1000mm between the side and centre handrails. The temporary ones whereas can be easily used in the required situations like, to give an access to a venue that is temporary, or maybe to allow the pedestrians to negotiate curbs around the street works, and also to give access to rail vehicles and taxis.
