Always Pay for your Home’s Valuation

Even though it might cost a bit, it’s always best to pay for your own home’s valuation, and not rely on your sale and rent back firm. Seriously, I cannot stress enough how much of a school boy error this is. Think about it – you’re asking the same people you’re selling to, how much you want them to be paid? This is such a gold mine filled with potential for customer exploitation, that even businesses promising profusely to be honest would think twice, look at their figures, change them, and then think twice again, before telling you their valuation.
